Focus on YOUR ability, push your limits in whatever way you can, but if you are looking for a way to incorporate all of your outdoor skills into one sport, come along with us. Adventure Racing will have you biking, paddling, and trekking, and maybe even climbing and rappelling with only a map and compass to guide you!

In our personal and professional lives, we love and support people with developmental disabilities. The best way to help them succeed is to focus on what they can do instead of what they can't. And more importantly, they have taught us that this holds true for all of us!

Bending the Map: Shenandoah Epic Race Report

I took on the 24 hour Shenandoah Epic adventure race solo. Yep, all by myself. Pretty proud of that. I hadn’t done a 24 hour solo race for at least a few years. 24 hours is just long enough to play to some of my strengths though. The night time hours don’t spook me too much, and I’m not super fast, but I can maintain the speed I do have for a long time. Dignity of Risk: Andrea's MAGNIficent 2 Race Report
